Some of you are probably wondering what is a podcast and why would it be listed in the family favorite section. Podcasts are free programs of video or audio content that can be subscribed to and downloaded on macs and PCs. Some of them are promotional and commercial while others are conversational and casual. In all cases the programing will be downloaded to your computer hard drive and then transferred either automatically or manually to an Ipod or played as is on your computer. This is important especially if you do not have one of the newest video Ipods but you still want to see video content. Each of the downloaded videos may be viewed through ITunes. It may require a free download of the latest Itunes however. How do you access the podcasts? The easiest way is to go to ITunes >Store> > podcasts > type in these casts from the search menu.
